Resolution

 

 

Whereas, a vacancy exists on the District Bench in the Ninth Judicial District; and

 

Whereas, any travel expenses allowed to Judges in the Ninth Judicial District in the performance of judicial duties shall be computed from their court of primary responsibility; 

 

Now, Therefore, The Board of Judicial Policy and Administration Resolves, that within the Ninth Judicial District, one District Judge shall be based in Jackson and primarily responsible for and available to attend to the day to day business of the District Court in Teton County;

 

The Board of Judicial Policy and Administration Further Resolves, that the second District Judge shall be based in Lander and primarily responsible for and available to attend to the day to day business of the District Court in Fremont County.
