Board of Judicial Policy and Administration

The Board of Judicial Policy and Administration sets policies for the Judiciary, exercises administrative supervision over the courts in the state, and it promulgates rules of practice and procedure for all courts. The Board was created by Supreme Court order and is composed of the chief justice and two other justices, three district court judges, and three circuit court judges.
